• PFD/Personal Floatation Device - Must be accessible on ALL kayaks and paddle-boards. They must
be worn at all times from November 1st to May 1st and if participant is under the age of 12.
• Paddle – Multiple lengths available
• SUP Leash – Recoils for touring and recreational and Quick- Release for Quiver
• Whistle – State law, they must be attached to each PFD. Due to current COVID precautions all
whistles will be sanitized after each rental. You may bring your own, KLS will honor a discount on a
new Fox 40 whistle when renting watercraft.
• PA State and County Launch Permit - Know before you go! Please note some parks require launch
permits. If renting inflatables the customer is responsible for the safety of the state launch permit as
they will be on a lanyard and not attached to the board. Keystone Land and Sea, all its shareholders,
and the employees will not be responsible for any fines due to lack of permit.
